Education, Activities and Procedures
Age appropriate and developmental activities include:

• Computer learning with educational software and games
• Hooked on Phonics (reading, writing and math)
• Daily art and learning activities taught in small groups
• Music appreciation through singing and instruments
• Individual assessments done with your child
• Informing you on how much your child has learned, and what you can work on at home
• Enough teachers so one-on-one teaching can be done, to fit each child’s needs
• Educational needs that focus on kindergarten readiness
• Working with parents to help your child feel successful in potty training
• On a regular basis we will assist you in keeping track of your child’s immunization and physical updates
• We strive to help your child feel successful on a daily basis
• We help children develop relationships with other children, as well as teachers, by emphasizing respect, social skills, sharing and manners
• We help the children learn to accept some limits
• We have simple but consistent rules; emphasizing that safety always comes first
• We help allow each child to gain independence, by giving them choices, and allowing them to make their own decisions
• We will not step in right away to resolve a problem, but allow the children to attempt to solve their own problems
